Our tour will surprise you: a close encounter with the silent beauty of the underwater world! Experience an exciting excursion with mask, snorkel and fins. An excellent way to learn the secrets of the sea accompanied by qualified instructors. From the bay of Giardini Naxos to the nature Reserve of Isola Bella, while sailing you can admire the suggestive panorama of the coast with the majestic volcano Etns in the background. With the snorkeling activity you will able to explore the underwater seabed to discover the flora and fauna typical of the Mediterranean Sea: starfish, corals, multicolored sponges, octopuses, shoals of sea bream, bream, parrot fish and many other varieties of marine life!
Our quad experiences are off-road itineraries that will allow you to visit some of the most fascinated and best preserved natural sites on the eastern side of our beloved island. Etna Experience: immersed in the greenery of holm oaks, broom and chestnut trees, you will taste Etna from its lower altitudes (1000 a.s.l.), through ancient “trazzere” and wooded areas. Passing through extinct volcanic cones, you will also visit the inside of a lava rock extraction quarry, now abandoned. Alcantara Experience: the “Alcantara River Park”, famous for its renowned gorges and the natural canyon formed over the years, is an oasis where time seems to have stopped. Jump aboard one of our quads and walk a path surrounded by nature, from the dry river to the narrow streets of the historic center up to the secondary streams of the river. At the end of our tours you will feel like expert drivers and will take with you the memory of an unforgettable experience.
Do you want to take a dip in the natural reserve of Isola Bella to get to know and admire the flora and fauna that populate our seabed and then go sailing and go in search of Dolphins in order to observe them closely? Choose our tour, we love to share with our guests unforgettable encounters with the most beautiful bays in Taormina, that of Isola Bell, and then dive in to observe the seabed and discover its inhabitants. The second part of the excursion will be dedicated to the, not always easy, search for dolphins: after sighting the group of dolphins we will approach trying to minimize the disturbance of our presence so as to be able to continue to observe their behaviour!
The tour will start from the Etna village of Linguaglossa, an ancient city on the slopes of Mount Etna. We will climb through characteristic paths among oak woods, olive groves and vineyards. We will pass from an altitude of 500m to an altitude of 900m above sea level. On reaching the surrounding mountains you will have the opportunity to admire, from some panoramic points, the majesty of the volcano and recent lava flows. Discover the enchanting north-eastern side of the most active volcano in Europe with its breathtaking and fascinating landscapes. Are you a lover of Cooking? Our tour will allow you to discover the typical flavors of traditional Sicilian cuisine. The departure is scheduled from Porta Messina, one of the two main entrances to the city of Taormina. Together with the chef you will move through the streets of the historic centre where you will first visit the fruit and vegetable market and then the fish market, selecting the products you will like the most to use during the cookery class. The experience will take place at a restaurant located in the historic centre of Taormina. Here you will be able to observe the chef at work, partecipate with him in the preparation of the dishes and learn his secrets . At the end of the lesson you will have lunch in the suggestive context of the restaurant, which rests on the ancient Greek-Roman walls that protected the city. The chef will also give you a gift of the recipes covered in the lesson so that you can use them again once you return home!
